I had a great time touring the Apartment Homes today. Miranda was friendly and detailed in explaining the lease terms, the application process and the fees, the options available and the layout of the community. The apartment I saw was Spacious and clean the courtyard was landscaped and QUIET! Moving has been something that I've wanted to do for a while now, but I didn’t want to go through the process of moving. It was such an easy process to tour Sonoran Palms! I was in a unfortunate situation of living with toxic roommates I needed to get away from for my own safety and I needed an emergency rush move and while other places wouldn't be willing to work with me I found Sonoran Palms and got the most wonderful help and understanding from Nasta and the rest of the office staff who were willing to work with me and helped me get far away from the situation I was in. It almost felt too good to be true but it was one of those rare instances where it was actually true! They turned my hell into happiness! Huge shout out to Nasta and the rest of the ladies of the office you are the real GOAT! Thank you so much for everything!

Moving in was very pleasant for me. The front desk women were very kind to me and always helped me understand anything I didn’t without making me feel like I was asking too many questions, or dumb questions. Very kind staff all around, the only real problem I had was the moving day itself. I had been scheduled to move in on the 8th but was sent an email saying my move in date would actually be the 10th. When I asked the staff why my date had been moved they completely denied I had ever been scheduled to move in on the 8th. They said they didn’t do weekend move ins, and they simply never would have agreed to that. I strongly urge you to get everything in writing with these people if you’re considering moving in. I plan everything around my days off work and the last minute change of plans was devastating. None the less, they changed my locks and flooring before moving in and it is very clean and nice.

I had my electric go out unfortunately while I was working for him. I contacted the maintenance man and the front office who took care of it with urgency. It turns out, it was just a faulty outlet and it was replaced and I was back up and running again. The maintenance man is always nice and respectful. The whole staff is amazing and interact with my little ones as well. Because of the whole covid virus, it was at first a lil hard to get in touch with some at the front office(understandable) but they did return my phone calls. I had a 8 month lease and I just renewed for a year. I love living here. Quiet and the neighbors do say hi but mainly keep to themselves.

Ever since new management took over the apartment community has gone up tremendously. I’ve been here for two years now and seen the changes it’s been through. Veronica does an awesome job and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Very patient and understanding. I’ve had a problem with my shower head and the next day they fixed it instantly I now get piping hot water and I’ve been grateful ever since than. Jeremiah does a great job making sure everything works and runs properly. Thank you so much. Any kind of problems and their on it. Appreciate you guys.

Apartment hunting can be such a pain but as soon as I walked through the doors of Sonoran Palms everything seemed so easy. The property manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. They answered any questione that i had and really made me feel welcomed. Just based of that and the price that they offered, Im happy to call this place home, and I am excited to see what comes from my stay here!!

Just a word to those who live here: take caution if you park in that single parking spot next to the dumpster. Even though there is a huge brick wall right there, someone tried to throw away a couch with metal legs & ended up over shooting the brick wall. The couch side swiped my car & left a huge dent & scratches on my passenger door. I know it's not the fault of the apartment complex owners; I do enjoy living here. But I just wanted to pass along the message to those who live here to be careful of the recklessness of others.

The AC sounds a lot quieter and thank you for replacing the thermostat. However, the maintenance got paint all over my picture on the wall right near the AC and didn't bother to move it or clean it. Also, they moved my shelf while trying to get to the power box or breaker and didn't put it back. They also left the box for the thermostat on the floor. They left a little mess.

I just moved here about a month ago and I love my apartment unit! Utilities and Cox cable included for a good price. Haven't seen one bug. (building b) Maintenance and management awesome especially D she is great! But it is not the best area so the management can't fix all the problems. For example there is a lot of tweekers roaming the property that's the only thing I really dislike other than that it's good!

My wife and I moved into the property six months ago and have not witnessed any pest issues. We have heard bad stories regarding the prior property owners, safety issues and pest issues, but these stories are so hard to believe given how much we enjoy living at the property. Relative to our previous apartment, we feel we are getting much more value with much nicer unit finishes and recent upgrades made to the property.

About a year ago this place was bad, but its a lot better now. The new owners have cleaned it up. There's a new dog park, grill area, and fitness center. Rent is cheap and utilities are included. The renovated apartments are much better than the classics. Would recommend if your looking for an affordable, safe, and clean place.
